Nana Chat is built around a simple promise: your family circle is private to your family. We are not an advertising company, and we never sell your personal information.

What we collect

To run the service we collect the basics: the account holder's name and email, the people you add to your family circle and their contact details, your device type, and billing information (handled by our payment processor — we never store full card numbers). We also keep light, technical records needed to connect and troubleshoot calls.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't show ads, and we don't listen in on or keep recordings of your calls. Calls are between the people in your circle.

How we use it

We use your information only to provide Nana Chat: to connect calls, deliver photos and messages within your circle, manage your subscription, and help you when you reach out to support. That's it.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your information at any time — just ask. If you close your account, we delete your personal data, keeping only what the law requires (such as billing records). Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws like GDPR or CCPA, and we honor them.
